Welkom bij het Wereld Muziektheater Festival

Het Wereld Muziektheater Festival bedenkt en organiseert nieuwe muziektheater-producties uit de hele wereld. Deze worden sinds 1996 - elke twee jaar, in het voorjaar - in de grote schouwburgen in Nederland en BelgiŽ gepresenteerd. Het festival is vooral uniek, omdat het niet-westerse musici en theatermakers in staat stelt om nieuw repertoire te maken en internationaal te presenteren. Voor 2004 staan vijf bijzondere producties uit IndonesiŽ, Turkije, Ivoorkust, Spanje en Japan op het programma.
